Genuine Clipsal Iconic 15 amp single switched socket outlet. The 15A outlet takes the wider earth pin found on caravans, air conditioners, welders and other higher draw equipment - a standard 10A plug also fits, but a 15A plug will not go into a 10A socket.
Caravans, portable air conditioners, welders, compressors and some commercial equipment use a 15A plug with a wider earth pin. It will not fit a normal 10A socket. The circuit behind a 15A outlet must be rated accordingly.
This product must be installed by a licensed electrician. The supplying circuit must be suitable for a 15A outlet.
